Nominated for the Public Transport Innovation Award
We are proud that ICT InTraffic was nominated for the Public Transport Innovation Award this year. This recognition highlights our commitment to technological solutions that contribute to a more reliable and sustainable public transport system, even when things go wrong. Although we just missed out on the award last Thursday, we warmly congratulate RET on their well-deserved victory!
Panel Discussion: How Can We Regain the Trust of Passengers?
During the conference, we participated in a panel discussion with Martijn van Aartrijk, Head of Innovation at ICT InTraffic; Marco Berloth, Policy Developer at the Province of Overijssel; and Jorinde ten Hoeve, Marketing and Communications Manager at the Public Transport Authority Groningen Drenthe. The session focused on the question: How do you maintain the traveler’s trust? Martijn took the audience through the importance of accurate travel information during disruptions and how this can be implemented in organizations as soon as tomorrow.
